We find, fund and build high potential organisations supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed in school, work and life
We give these organisations long-term, unrestricted funding, and manage co-investment partnerships for them with individual donors. But we are more than a funder. Our backing comes with hands-on support from our experienced Investment team and network of pro bono experts, deepening our partners' impact, upskilling their leadership and helping them achieve sustainable growth.

School Attainment
This grant round is now closed.
Through our School Attainment round, we seek to work with organisations:
- Working to improve school attainment outcomes for underserved students in mainstream schools
- Supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to secure expected standard in their SATs and/or GCSE Grade 4 in English and/or maths

Skills
This grant round is now closed.
Through our Skills round, we seek to work with organisations supporting young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) into sustained employment through skills.
This grant was open from March to April 2025.
Youth employment
This grant round is now closed.
Through this grant, we want to partner with organisations working:
- To support young people to find work or develop work-related skills
- Primarily with young people from ethnic minority and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds
This grant was open from February to April 2024.
Reducing exclusions, improving school engagement and raising attainment
This grant round is now closed.
Through this grant, we want to partner with organisations working to:
- Improve school engagement and reduce exclusions and lost learning for students in mainstream schools
- And/or improve engagement and/or attainment outcomes for children who have been excluded from school

Youth employment and race equity

This grant funds impact-led organisations supporting young people from both ethnic minority and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds into work.
This grant was open from February to March 2022.
Social and emotional learning (SEL)

Through this grant, we want to partner with organisations working to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds develop the social and emotional skills they need to succeed at school.
