Our committees

Impetus' committee members are groups of diligent and dedicated individuals, who ensure in-depth review and oversight of critical parts of our activities.

There are four Impetus committees:

Resources and Audit Committee - monitors the integrity of Impetus' financial statements and the effectiveness of the external audit process and systems of internal control.

Investment Committee - responsible for ensuring a balanced portfolio of charity partners in terms of its mix, growth and overall strategy.
